Snack Guidelines

COLCMS is a peanut free school. Please be sure any items you send do not contain nuts.

Organic food is strongly preferred. We really appreciate you making the effort to buy organic for our toddlers, especially fruits, vegetables and dairy products. Thank you in advance for helping make snack healthy, safe, and delicious!

TOO BUSY TO SHOP? We love to handle shopping and delivery! Simply let Stefanie know by Friday the week before and send $100 cash or check made out COLCMS. You can also click the PayPal link below to pay online. 

โ€‹Toddler Class Snack Shopping List

Food Prep/Practical Life Activities:


·      ๐ŸŽ apples – 5-8 or 1 bag

·      ๐ŸŠ oranges – 5-8 or 1 bag

·      ๐ŸŒ6 bananas

·      ๐Ÿ“2 containers of strawberries

·      ๐Ÿžone small loaf of bread or 1 loaf of cocktail bread

·      ๐Ÿ’small bouquet of flowers (can be from your garden)


Snack Supplies


·      6 boxes/bags – Triscuits, wheat thins, goldfish, cheddar bunnies, pretzels, mini bagels, multigrain chips, tortillas, pita bread


·      5 additional fruits/veggies – grapes (sliced lengthwise, please), pre-cut melon, pineapple, mango, pineapple, berries, raisins, clementines, peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes (sliced lengthwise, please), broccoli or cauliflower, celery, jicama, avocado…


·      1 bag of cheese sticks and 3 blocks of cheese (8 oz)


·      1 bottle of ranch dressing or other dipping sauce


·      1 family size hummus or 2 regular size


·      Check with the teachers for any special requests
